I have air con in my office, which I rarely use because it is so noisy.
So I reinvented it yesterday, cheaper and quieter. Using some of the techniques we have discussed here in the past.
With a 6" INCH MINI PORTABLE USB DESK FAN https://ebay.us/GyeTt9 And a wet T-shirt.
Not for everyone I understand but really works well. Have I invented the wearable swamp cooler ???

Any working aircon would have been good on thursday........
cab thermometer showed 39.5C when creeping round the carpark section of the M25......
Still, yesterday and this morning are a mountains worth cooler - though still feels quite humid.......
