My nose has never looked the same since a golf club and my mate's bike got tangled on a hill some 40 odd years ago. He blames his chopper.

5 days to build a pc? I trust it is called deep thought or something similar
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Strange day.
My mate not to far away had a field fire (and 40 firetighters) later I got soaked when the heavens opened while I was setting up the irrigation. Finally I got in the hot tub with a glass... to cool down!!!

Must have taken some ‘deep thought’ to come up with that 🙄

So amongst all the excitement here yesterday and today, and trying to get some work done, and some beer brewed, and another beer bottled, and some spirit stilled, the cat gave me some grief.
This is the feral cat that I took in 18 months ago.
I still cannot pick him up, but he comes and goes, (has learned to use a cat flap) for fuss and food, and likes to show off his mousey catches before eating them whole.
(To worm this cat, I have to steal a mouse from him and insert a worming tablet into it.)
So, he grew an abcess on his face a few days ago, a trip to the vet was definitely not an option.
Well, this morning his face exploded. Yukky mess.
On my way to collect some anti-biotics from the vet, I was fortunate enough to find a fresh road-kill Hare, his favoutite food.
He ate the first pieces of hare so fast, he didn't notice the inserted anti-biotics.
Hopefully I have enough for the remaining 9 doses. :?:
