Production can't keep up with demand! Homebrew wise I've got about 2 bottles total
(Hence keeping an eye out for a 2nd still as per other post!)
Are you planning a hi power one?

I was, along with a power controller :)
I like the thought of using the distilled water to cut to drinking strength too.
Funnily enough, that's my £30 bid! :D

Today I bottled my latest beer.
It brings the current bottle count of homebrew beer to 452.
And resoluted to only drink 3 a day.
Then, I move on to spirits.
I may count those on the morrow.

452 good shout. Good shout indeed.

I think I might have to count my wine at this rate.

There are a few about. I think the water distillers have a go and get bored.
If you want to up throughput seriously consider freezing .

I still would love to get a big chest freezer. Half for batch cooking, half for stripping but there's no space in the house :(
We've looked at trying to get power out to the shed but we'd need help with the electrics as neither of us know enough to keep it safe! The cost quoted was ridiculous so it's been put on hold for now...

Chest freezers are the best. If you have enough holding space, go for it. You won't regret it.
I've heard these sausage stuffers are fantastic and sturdy too.

How far away is the shed?

I ask because there is 'safe' and there is 'done by an electrician' who has regulations, insurance, audits and an ass to cover.. If you are a bit handy, it really really isn't rocket science. Happy to help. PM me. I have an idea.
