.....Everyone, I'm going to start 2023 off with the first wash of the year.....I filled the boiler with water yesterday and it's all set to kick off later this morning...also the first stripping run in 2023 is set for Tuesday.

My eldest poorly daughter has been in a local hospital since Christmas, my wife visits every day from around 10am until she is asked to leave, usually 7-8pm. So, your occasional company has, with the attention of the cat kept me sane.
I finished distilling a wash yesterday, I have a question, it can wait.....
