I’ll have you know that I have not been Irish for 4 generations!
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

You Southerners are welcome to some snow, I am sick of it.
Where is global warming when you need it?

I was in the brew shed doing a bit of tinkering and I managed to gash my arm on a bit of copper pipe. Had to go to hospital for it to be seen to.
I was sitting waiting to get seen and the lad next to me says," Fair fae yer honest sonsie face! Great chieftain o' the puddin race!!" I was like, eh?!?!
Turned my head round to the the lady sat the other side of me and she glares at me and says "Weee, Sleekit coorin, Timirous, Beastie! Oh wot a panics in thy breastie."
Grabbed the nursey walking past I said, whats going on, is this the psychiatric ward? She said,"no this is the burns unit!"

Elderflower Gin, one of the most famous is Hendricks served with ice,
Lemon and slices of Cucumber and a nice Citrus Tonic.
Elderflower Wine is ok too but must be chilled or its quite sickly.
Elderflower Champagne again chilled and who was the riddler ??
But Elderflower fritters as the Frogs would say "non".

So, life is currently shit for most of us.
CV and lockdown affecting us all.
The UK weather this last month has not helped.
I keep making great booze.
I can't wait until my bees fly again, but will probably have veg. seeds germinating in propogators before then.
It is taking some effort to stay positive, but I keep telling myself that "thing's can only get better".

Stay safe, and I hope to be chatting with all of you, even gaza, for a long time yet.

Bees will be buzzing around soon mate. Spotted snowdrops out today which is always a pleasure to see and a sign that warmer weather will be with us in a few weeks with a bit of luck.

I have kept some veg. growing on in the PT over the winter, including lettuce, for the second year running.
I will come back at some point, to tell you of my sneaky plan to wild plant Borage and phacellia in my locality, for my bees and any other nectar loving critters.

So boredom has struck, I have finished baiting and terrorising the local
boy racers in the Porsche. So I have set a plan as I don't think I will be
doing any driving lessons to May??
I plan to Distil a few old favourites, So most of them are already written
here, but if anyone wants I will write again.
Hit list allowing 3 weeks for each.
Molasses Rum (easy recipe)
Cachaca
Corn Flake Whiskey.
Rye Whiskey.(Odins Recipe)
U.J.S.S.M.
Probably won't get the last one in because I have a huge Neutral batch
on ATM, need to keep stocks up for Gin and Voddie for Nursey.

Party round yours then when this is all over! Blimey you will have some stock.

Don't Tell Robert but I am quietly impressed with the TPW. Buggering lentil bolleaux !

Reckon I might try a 4kg recipe next and give Teddy a run for his money! Might call call it a Porsche wash.
