As long as they both end in your stomach, it doesn'a matter. :)
Whether they stay there may be down to your own constitution :D

The stout wort is made, the yeast is pitched, and from what I can see, the yeast has started work.

Not really, cos some will still have "sniping software" for eBay. If that was the case, there's not a lot you can do about it........

By that Jenny I meant that i heard of a biding war for a nearly new T500
and a few fermenting items (worth about £80 new) and the bids were still
going on north of £350???? You can buy a new T500 for £380.?

It is true that 'live' bidding can challenge most peoples sensibilities.
If you attend such auctions, you need to have told yourself your rules and limits.
And stick to them.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

That may be better than some of the winning bidders on some of my past items, who drove the price to ridiculous prices and then crowed to me about how they always win.
Good news for me, and they paid extra, just to be the winner. :)

The difference between the water air stills and the alcohol ones comes down to wattage and sometimes plastic in the vapour output.

Personally, neither would put me off in the context of £100 - £140 price difference, but be aware.
Slowly slowly, catchy funky

Plastic? I have never seen any, except of course that tiny little rubbish carbon filter thingy. If it is a final lip, this is easily removed.

Additional Wattage is only a good thing. See here..

I'd go with the stainless outer rather than the plastic and the ones with plastic spouts could probably be removed I'd imagine. Tbh the still spirits one is meant to have a plastic spout!
I'll keep an eye out though, cheers! :)

The plastic spout fell off mine soon after purchase.
I didn't bother re-fitting it, it was only needed to fill the accompanying plastic jug!

Just unwrapped one of these.https://www.bellabarista.co.uk/gene-caf ... black.html
Not cheap but a good machine. As a lover of espresso I now roast to my taste,
the beans I love and cheap. Coffee bought freshly roasted is £20 or so per kg.
I buy green coffee beans at £6 or so per kg nuff said.
